terms

The ground rules for using november.bot.

Plain English, not a PDF. By using november.bot you agree to these terms. If something doesn't work for you, don't use the service — or email us and let's talk.

beta

This is a beta

november.bot is early software. It may change, break, or be discontinued with short notice. We make no uptime or availability guarantees during the beta. Don't rely on it for anything you can't afford to lose.

your account

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything done through it — including CLI devices you've authorized. Revoke devices you don't recognize from Settings. You must be at least 13 years old to use november.bot.

Don't create accounts for other people without their consent. Don't share your account. Don't use november.bot to do anything illegal, abusive, or in violation of a third party's rights.

your content

Your content and summaries

You retain ownership of the summaries stored about your sessions and the canvas layouts you create. By using november.bot you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display those summaries to peers you've explicitly connected to, and to use them to operate the service.

When you connect to another session on a shared canvas, you authorize november.bot to deliver your latest summary to that peer's session before its next prompt. Pause the edge at any time to stop.

fair use

Fair use

During the beta we don't charge, but we reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service — for example, automating excessive summary generation, scraping, or attempting to overload our infrastructure.

ai output

AI-generated summaries

Summaries are generated by Claude (Anthropic). They are a model's best-effort distillation and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or omit context a human reader would consider important. Do not rely on summaries for safety-critical decisions.

as-is

No warranty

november.bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

termination

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate access to november.bot at our discretion, particularly in response to violations of these terms. If we do, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you.

changes

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves out of beta. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with a change, delete your account.
